Where this year? Any suggestions?
Hmm, just depends on when also, suggest a poll :nod
:ear
United States has some cool roads🤓
I would love to know for sure.
This is going well.... Lake district?
Nice campsite in Coniston. Stayed there on my way up to the Scotland meet.
Ivor and I did the hardknott/ wrynose pass a year ago and is was really phone. Sin came too but on a trophy! Does that even count?
:new_popcornsmiley
Yorkshire Dales?
Under the circumstances,do we cancel/postpone?😕
I think after all this we'll all be glad of a ride out & a get together over a few beers! :icon_rolleyes:
We'll all be working like fury trying to save our jobs.
I need a ride out at 2 miles per cc and nearly as many beers.
Where can we go that is pleasant in September, and will have its borders open?...............Scotland! Usually good weather that time of year, and midges are disappearing.
We will just have to sit it out and wait.
Members of the Wiltshire Tigers group are itching for a runout as soon as the lockdown is relaxed so why don't we make it a joint meet? Whether it's just a day out or an overnight stay?
Anyone had any ideas? (It's not as if you've had much else to do! :icon_rolleyes:) I'll put forward the Peak District as an idea, but I'll happily go along with whatever is most popular with you guys! :thumbsup
Let's be hearing from you then! :ear
The way this virus thing is going, everyone will have to ride to a different place and meet up by Zoom in the evening :icon_lol:

And whats different? :ImaPoser
Another thing to add to the mix is the location of everyone! :icon_eek:
Now that UK devolved nations have their own say on lockdown restrictions, I guess we won't be seeing the lads from Scotland and Wales or for a little while longer? :icon_scratch:

I'm in! :thumbsup Any suggestions?? :icon_eek:
Where?? When?? :m
Chris TR is thinking about forest of Bowland on wiltshire tigers if anyone is interested.
Takers look to be:
Chris and Paul (wiltshire tigers)
Mat tiger
Peter
And Me
Gonna start on dates soon. Anyone else?
Current thinking 11,12,13 September. Chime in if you can make it.
All dates good for me at the minute!! :thumbsup
(Now that my trip to the states has been cancelled! :icon_frown:)
Brock(en) Cheney reporting in....Site seems OK from here.
As said on whatsapp, I'm in for Sept 11th, 12th & 13th. For those not on the whatsapp thing, I'm suggesting staying in Morecambe because it has lots of accommodation and pubs. It's close to Forest of Bowland and not too far from the Dales.
I'm good with Morecambe, but i'll go with the flow! :thumbsup
Ok guys, things are starting to happen in preparation for the Tigertriple 2020 meet! :wave
For those of you who aren't on the Whatsapp group, individuals (myself included) are starting to book up in or around Morecambe for the Friday and Saturday night. (11th & 12th Sept) with a view to using this as a base of operations. (And would be good for a group photo?) :nod
We have a few guys that are stopping over on the Friday & Saturday and a few more that are travelling on Saturday in order to meet up and come on the ride out. (Exact route TBD :m)
So, if you wanted to meet up with a few fellow Tiger owners, shoot the breeze and have a beer or two :occasion14 just let us know and watch this space for further developments! :thumbsup
Just giving this a bump.
Anyone else interested?
9 people confirmed as attending. Mostly guys who have come on tiger triple trips before, couple of newbs.
Just for reference the highest number of people that have attended previously, to my knowledge at least, is 20 in 2011. Would be great to see a few more new faces especially with some of the old guard having recently sold their bikes, moved to France or just become terminally anti-social.

Bump, bump!! Anymore for anymore?? :m :ear
Don't tell me no-one else fancies a weekend away from the other half socialising by the seaside :occasion14 and an epic ride out thrown in? :wheel
Come on, get your names down the clock is ticking! :augie
It'll be good to meet up with you all! :thumbsup
Looking forward to this, can't open route files due to not having apps to open them, but hope alternative roads are provided if fords are in the mix :nap :nod
I'm sure we'll sort something out for those who like to keep their bikes pristine Pete! :icon_cool:
Once the routes are set in stone, we'll bung them on here for all to peruse! :thumbsup
well I spent most of last week camping up near your intended location, between Forest of Bowland and the Dales, near a place called Clapham, nice spot if you keep away from the regular nutter routes, very good Chippy in Settle if you choose the right one (The Fisherman)
