For the front you would definately need the Brake discs too, the rest Im not sure of, all the spacers seem to be the same part no but again for the rear you may need the sprocket carrier and disc. There is a bloke on Triumph Rat doing a similar swap at present but hasnt reported back on any issues yet. Im sure we have seen plenty of mix and match tigers with spoke frames and cast bits so cant be that difficult.
