Title: A Spring Evening to Medieval Ardglass
Post by: Moorso on April 27, 2015, 10:24:07 AM
Just before it got cold here, I took my other half pillion (her first time on the new Explorer) to the medieval port of Ardglass on the Co. Down coast. What a beautiful evening.

Also did a bit of TV work the other day for my book!
Was quite a surreal experience! I'll let everyone know when it's on  :bug_eye

Ha ha....you are right John (signature changed!)

Took a video (alternated the camera forward and rear facing to get my other half in!)

Excellent, you really do have a talent there  :thumbsup

I must get one of those rear facing cameras, I can't hear her snoring with the helmet on  :augie

Beautiful evening, must get over to Ireland again soon if that's the amount of traffic too.

It was a gorgeous evening John.
Absolutely....the traffic was really light, but it's knowing where to go - that part of south County Down has loads of great 'A' and 'B' roads that usually lead to some little medieval ruin. No-one ever on them!!  :icon_scratch:

But the roads to places like Downpatrick are usually busy (especially in the tourist summer season).
I know sneaky shortcuts though!  :pimp
