Thank you all for your collective wisdom and opinions. I took my 06' out for a shakedown ride after all the winter wrenching and electrical (some scheduled, some upgrades). All the normal winter stuff, Pilot Roads, chain/sprockets, rear hugger. But the three that stand out are as follows.
The Datel meter and Centech AP-1 accessory block...very cool/peace of mind.
The Penske rear shock...spectacular. (pricey but worth it)
Melting/Dremeling out the restrictor plate in the airbox...highly recommended! (thank you Chris C. for the photos and comments)
