Looks like the tank off an AJS Stormer, with a Bantam engine.
Ok, the engine is a red herring as it's not correct, originally it would have come with a Villiers or Maico engine.
Looked at it and thought!! Not a clue then thought I'll cheat and phone my mate Roger up who'll know and then just started doing some(more) work on the Tiger and thought Sprite?

I thought you might get it Chris, yep, Sprite , offered originally as a build yourself kit to avoid purchase tax, and made not far from you I believe
