Title: Tiger 955 radiator leak

hello today i start my tiger 955 from 2004 and i start after the bike heats up cooland drip from radiator. Would you like to know what causes and possible repairs? thank you so much

i think the water come from little hole have in radiator here

If that is indeed a hole then you have an issue that on aluminium radiators is not easy to fix.  Leaking tubes can always be sealed but the end tanks are more difficult.  Either go to a specialist, or pick up one from Ebay.  Be aware though, the cheap ones are likely to be like yours and the good ones are pricey.

I would have thought a stone hitting it, cant imagine corrosion being an issue, especially in Portugal.
Just check though that its not the drain screw in the block just behind that location, mine once weeped and it wasnt immediately obvious where It was coming from.
