Gents:
I am going to ride down to San Felipe (Mexico) during the weekend of 15/16 July. The plan is to enter MX through Mexicali, ride down to San Felipe, spend the night there, ride across the Baja peninsula to El Sauzal and then up through the wine county to re-enter the US through Tecate, and then back up to the Ontario area (where I live). It will be around 750 miles in two days, all on asphalt.
I've done this trip a couple of times, and it is a hoot.
Anybody wanna go?
