Title: Silver Frame Paint Match

Does anyone out there know of a close match of silver for the later frames please?

im interested in this too, Ive used Hammerite Smooth silver on a bit of the swingarm, but its not that brilliant a match.

Thanks Deanrider appreciate the info, got to that point myself and figured that Dupont would not be interested in selling a rattle can or two. Perhaps with all the silver cages on the road nowadays there must be a match and looking at the Dupont site it does come up with a BMW of all things!! Would be a lot easier if Triumph had kept up the quality with powdercoat instead of normal paint. Will try to look at my local paint shop and see what they come up with. Aparently in UK Halfords will do a special rattle can mix for the same price Triumph charges for thier touch-up.

Try this company as they specialise in bike paint. I have used them in the past and are okay to deal with. If you give them your bike details they should be able to match the colour you need.

Thanks for the info TigerTriple, about the same price as made up rattle cans aswell. Will put some etching primer on first on the swing arm just like Triumph should have done, being aluminium of course.
