Hi All Looks like paint time this winter. Tank decals blistered and peeling. Anyone know what kinds of paint to use on the plastic tank without melting it? Having to pick between Caspian bluish and BRG. Got some old style Triumph decals and the leaping tiger a friend says he can duplicate with his airbrush. OLY
PS Which is faster....Blue, stock silver or BRG???????

any goodquality automotive paint (Dupont) will work , it just needs the same additive that body shops use to paint plastic bumpers .I believe it's called FLEX
p.s. everyone knows
BLACK is fastest

I second that one!! :P
... specifically would that be gloss or flat BLACK
Gloss is the speed paint.
Flat is the anti-theft paint.
Cosmo
Black is always faster at night cos the air can't see it comming!!
