It does say on the website, that the H is for the Varadero, one of the others is for the GS650 and the other has VSW next to it.

Can it be possible that the construction is different and Metzeler make dedicated tyres for those bikes?

could be the tread pattern or some other feature  is slightly diff for dedicated makes

bf goodrich truck tires are like that , they have 4 versions of the same tire depending on if it's toyota , nissan etc.

Bridgestone used to do a Black bird specific rear tyre which had stiffer side walls to cope with the power and weight.  They thought when they introduced the BT020 that it wasn't necessary anymore as there are now many bikes with similar power, but the weight was the real issue so eventually they re-introduced it.

And your Tiger has gained 20bhp.

As for which type for the Tiger. I used the standard Tourance for 48000 miles as they were OE fitment back in 2002. They were specced in the handbook as  110/80 R19 59V & 150/70 R17 69V. The 59 & 69 are load ratings. See here :- http://www.blackcircles.com/general/sidewall (http://www.blackcircles.com/general/sidewall)
You should look up what the equivalent is in the EXP model.
