My beloved Tiger is now for sale. Selling because of a physical disability. There is nothing wrong with this bike and will always be considered by me as the finest bike I've ever owned. Located in Minneapolis, MN.
Here is a link to some other photos.

Asking $4300. I am happy to take reasonable offers, don't hesitate to ask. Below is my maintenance log. Current mileage is 26,049. Ignore the chain lube listing as I rarely wrote down when I lubed it since I lubed it after every ride regardless of mileage. New chain D.I.D. X Ring currently installed and has a few thousand miles on it. I pulled the TKCs prior to my last trip and installed Metzler Tourances so tires have a couple thousand miles on them. Stock panniers and back box are included.

I will sell the bike as stock except for the following items that will remain as part of the sale.
-Heated Grips
-Sargent Saddle
-SW Motech Center Stand
-Touratech Sump Guard and Crash Bars
If interested in other items such as sport shield, tank and tail bags, etc. PM me. I have many accessories.
Wow! I hope it's nothing serious. That is a really good deal for somebody. Good luck!
Hope it's not going to stop you riding entirely Happy.
Nicely documented, man after my own heart.

Nice to hear from you Fano. I'm consulting with a surgeon that is willing to undo the previous surgery and try to correct the wrong that was done. We'll see...I'm reluctant to trust doctors. It will take a lot of consideration on my part and a lot of listening to many opinions.
Regarding the bike; I'm not trying to make a ton of money on the bike. I love this bike like none other and call me sentimental but I don't believe a bike should be pampered and not ridden. I got back from my Banff trip and my Tiger sat for an entire year. It breaks my heart. That's not an exaggeration, it really does. This bike is pure joy and needs a new home that will provide plenty of riding. I love my bike but my memories will always be mine and hopefully my injury can be corrected and I will create new memories with a new bike in the future. I have not given up my smaller and lighter and heavily modified DR650 though. I can almost ride that bike with my teeth and it will not leave my stable!

Hey happy man. Does the SW Motech interfere with the Touratech bash plate under the engine. I am going to put the Touratech engine bar, bash plate, and SW Motech centerstand on my silver 06. I know how hard it is to part with these. I bought this last year, but bought my 06 Sprint ST new and love it also.
It does not. As I recall, I made minor adjustments during the whole process of bash plate, guards and center stand. Was not seemless but works well.
Awesome, good news thanks. I move to Anchorage in April and plan on alot of adventure riding.
The Tigger is an awesome bike for adventuring!!! Have a great time.
I forgot to mention that this is a special edition Tiger.....Comes with vintage TigerTriple badge. 8)

I had two of these stickers. One on my Coleman camper which I sold last summer and now my beloved and last of the originals. I'm totally bummed to lose it. I may try to take it off.....
I still have one somewhere.....

I low sided my 2003 Girly in December - Still recovering from broken ribs but fine otherwise. I am trying to get Insurance to repair mine but if not will be looking for another - perhaps yours.

Hi...is your Tiger still for sale?
I am also trying to figure out the logistics of getting a Tiger across the border and up to the interior of British Columbia...appears that in Canada they are almost extinct...
cheers
Yes, it is. I do have a buyer that is local that really wants it but needs to sell his first. If you are serious then I would give him a chance to buy right away or let it go to you. Let me know.
From a fellow Minnesotan and Tiger lover I'm Sorry to see you have to sell. Last summer I bought my 2002 Girly from a gentleman in a similar situation. 11,xxx miles with all the goodies. :rock
This is a great deal folks....someone buy this!
Hi Happyman,
My Girly will get some surgery and be back on the road in a week or two.
It looks like you have 2 potential buyers so far - I am sure it will move soon.
David
Happy Man, sorry to hear of your surgery-gone-wrong. Here's hoping you get things fixed and can stay Happy.
I feel like all of the "old" Girly owners are falling by the wayside, one by one....
You, Stretch, Evil Betty, couple of local guys that I know that went to Beakers, etc....
I don't plan on ever getting rid of mine, unless of course the day comes that I can know longer ride.
Fantastic bikes, I hope the new owner loves it as much as you do!

It's good to hear from you! I never thought I'd ever get rid of my beloved Tiger but I really mean it when I say I can't stand to see my beast sit in the garage. I love this bike and I can't let her sit like that. I see the surgeon on Wednesday. I hope I can ride a big bike again in the future and if so I'll get another bike but I doubt I'll ever find one that speaks to my soul as much as my Girly. .......but I will always have incredible memories. Really, really great memories.
I miss Stretch! I need to give him a call and let him know my baby is leaving home. Like Stretch, I also have my Jeep when I can't ride. In fact, this coming summer was a trip with my Daughter that we may have to take in the Jeep instead.
Thanks guys, it's good to hear from you.
Jeeps are Fun too! In fact this one is for sale as I am looking for something a little more off-road worthy than my stock Grand Cherokee. Gawd, I love Colorado! "THREAD HIJACK:OFF"
