Can anyone give me the torque setting for the break callipers front and back.?

Front calipers to forks 28Nm (21 Ft lbs)

Rear caliper to carrier 28Nm

while Im at it has anyone got any advice as to what if anything to put on the piston to try to stop it rusting.

You can get a special caliper grease. I can't remeber where from at the mo. Do not use any other grease on them as it can rot the seals.

Ft lbs are roughly 3/4 of Nm.
