Let me add ....

Heat sometimes helps them move a bit. I use a heat gun on them to loosen them up before removing them. Don't expect them to move easily. You're still going to need to use some force to get them moving.

For the bearings if you can't get them locally, I've used this company on several occasions and always have been pleased:
