Title: Mikuni float valve
Post by: TR5TRIDER on December 23, 2013, 05:55:35 PM
Esteemed Listers,

Does anyone have a suggested method for removing and replacing the float needle valves in the plastic float cage? I have new needle valves to fit and fear that the amount of spreading that I think is required might break the cage. Perhaps I am missing something. Triumph,as you know, sells the entire asembly with captive needles. I thought I might be able to clean the seats and fit new needles; now having second thoughts..
