I never could understand the logic that said a person who knowingly moves to a location where there might be an existing nuisance has any say at all. Hereabouts one of the big situations is people who move next to the CP railway, which has been active since 1885, and then complain about the noise of the trains or the dust from the loads they carry.
And in reverse logic, people who move next to a river or lake and then expect compensation if they get flooded out.
