Title: Pics wanted
Post by: rf9rider on November 13, 2014, 02:42:51 AM
Do any of you Girly owners have any pics of the frame/top of motor with the tank off?

Also, need a pic of the front of frame where the headlight fairing fits (without the fairing or clocks in place) viewed from the front?

Cheers Chaps.

Excellent, thanks Chris.

Are all Girly frames from all years  the same as in pic?

Honest answer? I don't know but working on all the external castings have been have same apart from the water outlet being moved from the side to the back of the cylinder head and I have seen a yellow 885i with mag Tiger wheels where the owner has also fitted the later swing then I'd say yes all the frames are the same as far as fitting an engine is concerned but the later model frame has a steep head angle.
