Title: Rear Suspension Reservoir Leaking
Post by: bunzelburner on October 03, 2023, 09:01:10 PM
I've noticed that the rear suspension reservoir on my 96 Tiger is leaking some kind of fluid out of the back end of it. Looking at the available parts diagrams, there is no breakdown for the rear reservoir. Is there a gasket in there I can replace? Has anyone had a similar problem?

I rebuilt mine,, was 2015, a while ago, I got the parts from Ktech in the UK
It's a Kayaba
This is from my email to Ktec
https://www.ktechsuspension.com/

dust seal  (KYB-120301600201)
o ring  is 37 x 5
rod seal  (KYB-120271600101)
Plus a bladder and some stuff
We sell shock absorber sealhead repair kits, these include the oil seal, dust seal, piston rod bush, seal head o-ring and Piston rod lock nut, these retail for £19.95 + VAT.  All I need from you is the diameter of the piston rod (think it is 14mm) and the outside diameter of the seal head assembly (44mm or 46mm).
