Title: Tiger Ride-In Kamiah, Idaho
Post by: TigerTrax on February 06, 2007, 04:57:01 AM
Just a quick note:

The 2nd Tiger Ride-In of 2007 will be July 29-31  at

Lewis & Clark Resort in Kamiah, Idaho.

 www.lewisclarkresort.com (http://www.lewisclarkresort.com)

This is in the mountains of Idaho, not far from

Lolo Pass. Plenty of back roads and forest trails.

Tenting, motel rooms, cabins, RV spots... all on site.

Fire pit and grills!

Local Tiger rider will be mapping ride loops and leading

some on spectacular rides not everyone normally sees.

More specific info coming.  Hope you Tiger riders can join us.

Don't forget:

Tiger Ride-In  June 21-23  2007 Wellsboro, PA.

'Grand Canyon' of Pennsylvania.

( That is GORGEOUS country .... North Central PA near NY border..

close to the Finger Lakes! )

Why, in my backyard (250 miles) from the house.  I've ridden that area only on a KLR, I think it would be fun to meet other Tiger riders since I've not met any yet.

You know LoLo Motorway is only a few miles away a MUST travel, and yes Tigers can do it easy.

Sam..

Glad to have you hook up with us...

I think we'll have a nice sized group...

Today 6 riders said they are coming ( furthest is Ohio ); 3 more said they will try to make it...

I think we'll have about 30 Tiger riders.... 50 would be great...

Our highest is 52 riders/38 Tigers....

Send me a direct e-mail so I can put you on my update list:

<G> IdahoSam, I mapped out a couple routes getting there from Meridian. My "short" route through Indian Valley is 230, more convential route 240 and if I get lost and go through Lowman and wander various backroads, well that could be somewhere well over 300 miles.  :D Anyway I go it'll be a fun ride.

Hope to see you there.

TripleFan, I'm going to try lake hell to make it , marked it on my calender; barring any work flair ups.

Since your in the area I'm doing a ride up May 18th for a weekend gathering/Hells Canyon ride, check this out:

Hmmm... That sounds like an interesting ride, and one I could possibly fit in. I'd better get it cleared through my event coordinator... :D
