The obvious question...which of the several reds was used on '96 steamers? Where do I find that info?

Looks like there were three reds used on Steamers. Which shade depends on the bike serial number:

Also, your dealer should be able to tell you the color names available for various year models.

Interesting. But, mine is a '96 and by the serial number it's Chili Red. This page lists '96 as Pimento Red. :? I probaby should go with serial number.

Edit: No numbers listed for pimento red bikes so maybe all '96 is pimento red?
