A friend of mine has decided to sell his 2006 Tiger.
The bike is blue, clean as a whistle completly stock & has 5200 Miles.
Has a brand new back tire & all service is up to date.
It's a California bike & he has the title in hand.
He's looking around $7K.
Thought I'd give it a try here before he puts it in the cycle trader
next week.
I'd be happy to forward his info if anyone's interested.
Cheers,
Paul

That's where I found my Tiger.
What's the deal on taking a US bike into Canada? If it's easy this is something I may want to consider
I love my Tiger......Have I mentioned that lately?

Real easy, go here:

Note bikes are exempt from inspections in Canada.

:D
I brought my Tiger into Canada from the US. There is an inspection, but you just take it to Canadian Tire and they inspect it for lights, kilos on the speedo, and other regulatory things. Very easy to pass.
One thing I would be aware of (which I wasn't) is that, in addition to Canadian import regulations, there are also American export regulations. You must have the owner fax the title to the border crossing 48 hours before you take it across so they can title search it. Then, when entering Canada, before hitting the Canadian border post, stop in at the American side and get the title stamped.
