Title: Winter ride to the desert
Post by: MikeBenzon on January 14, 2010, 05:25:06 AM
I live in northeastern California and I frequently ride east to the Nevada desert. A few days ago I rode to Cedarville, a small town near the stateline for lunch and then rode a little further east to Nevada. I was hoping to see some wild horses, but instead found a herd of antelope, about 2 to 3 hundred of them. You can check it out at this link:

Select the slideshow for the best results, then go back to the first page and select anything you would like to enlarge, such as the antelope pictures.

Wow... looks like a nice ride.

Is that a custom lip on an OEM touring screen?

Very nice pics! :thumbsup  We always think of the desert as a superhot, dry place, and here you have snow and cold! What a contrast. Must have been a nice ride!

Great photos Mike. I haven't been to your area of the country in over 30 years. The pics make me want to go back.

Interesting, I visited GA for the first time last May. We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful country with so much diversity in landscape.
