Title: coolant leakage from header tank overflow
Post by: dave.38 on February 14, 2010, 04:03:38 PM
started up my 06 tiger after it had been laid up for a bit and thought would give it a run,  left it standing till it got up to temp and the fans kicked in, engine cooled ok then switched engine off  went back in to the house for a minute  when i came back out all the rubber hoses had been sucked flat and there was coolant on the floor just infront of the back wheel wich i assume came from the headertank overflow, headertank is now  empty, anyone else had this problem or know solution

What, if anything, was the last bit of maintenance done to it?
