Title: The kitty has something new to share the stable
Post by: MikeBenzon on February 15, 2010, 03:56:03 PM
Yesterday I brought home a Suzuki DRZ 400S to keep the Tiger company in the garage. I can't wait to get out and ride it. I hope the kitty doesn't get too lonely when I spend a lot of time riding the DRZ.

Nice toy, I'm tempted to do something daft myself. Anybody have experience of the Yamaha Tricker?

Congrats on the Dizzer!  Great bike.  If I'd known that I was going to buy the Tiger I would have picked up the DRZ instead of my DR.  Not that I'm unhappy with the DR but the DRZ would have made a more logical stable mate.  Enjoy!!  8)

I love those things.  Especially the SM version.  Way cool.

Your girls got some big ears, but I'll bet she's fun to ride.

Being in the US, we never got it (ratbags mumble mumble) but they look like a hoot.

I saw that vid several years back and wanted it bad.

I made do with this.

The day I picked it up.

A day later.

A few parts.

And Bob's your uncle.

It works pretty well.

I've got a 2nd set of OEM wheels and 17" rims I'm about to send to Buchanans

to get custom spokes made for. Lace those up and it'll be a real hoot.

Cheap as chips and close as you can get to a Tricker over here.

That's a nice bike. I was telling my brother yesterday that he should look for one. He's kind of interested in a older dual sport and I thought the DR should be cheap and reliable.
