You guys are probably tired of hearing about my search for full time work.
But good news. Going tomorrow (Friday) to sign a teaching contract for remainder of year. Which means I will double what I am currently earning as a sub teacher. (farkle money, yes). But best part is the school I have been subbing at really wants me back next year as a teacher. They pushed to get this contract through in order to improve my chances of getting retained for next school year. After all the mess I have had with unemployment I hope this finally gets puts it to rest.

No worries here. Plant closed for me in 2002, after 26yrs. of service.
The really bad part is/was finding a new career being over 50!
There will always be someone who values experience, that's what I'm telling myself anyway :wink:
