I am looking for one - you say no locks, though...:( Do you have the rubber supporting mounts on the side as well?
For me - probably $200 max if it had all the parts
Not panniers... Top Box.
It simply attaches to the factory top rack.
It has all the parts that any top box would have, minus locks.
Also have a brand new in the package back rest pad for it.

I am trying to find the actual part number and a picture but there are 2 rubber - wedge-shaped things that fit on the luggage rack to keep the top box secure.

Ah well I'm not positive since I've only had it out of the box once, but there is a textured rubber mat on the bottom of the box that rests against the rack if memory serves.
When I get the lid later in the week I'll take pictures of everyting.
Well your right, there is 2 rubber wedge pieces.
I do have a top box spacer/location kit fitting instructions and
lock assembly fitting instructions.
Here is what they say as parts included in kit;
2x rubber push in spacers
2x conical rubber stops
2x m6x20 screws
2x m6 locknuts
I see about 6 steps in the instructions.
The packages with the parts and instructions are sealed. Through the bag the manual listed those parts and more for the lid. All are brand new in the box. Only removed them for pictures.

Hi There - I found the price of the Triumph replacement locks. (Part T2500692) Now trying to find out about keys - believe it or not Triumph don't automatically include new keys with the part number for the locks, so may involve a locksmith - always an adventure!
I am interested in buying the top box, though. I have sent a PM twice with my phone number. Please call me if you are interested in selling these.
I can pick up from Kansas, so no shipping hassles either.
PS: As you have the original packaging, please would you post the Triumph Part number for the Top Box? This makes it easy to review the assembly/fitting instructions online at www.triumphinstructions.com (http://www.triumphinstructions.com)
