Title: Amsoil on 96 Tiger and Sprint observation
Post by: Colonel Nikolai on August 31, 2010, 09:45:38 PM
I've switched to Amsoil 10w40 Motorcycle Oil on both my first generation Hinckley Triumphs a few thousand miles ago and they seem to shift smoother and the gas mileage has improved from 38 MPG to 42 MPG on both over several tankfuls.

mobile 1 racing 4T.

I still haven't set the sag or touched the settings from the suspension you rebuilt for me. It's set way to stiff right now but still a million times better than what it was. I learned the hard way it was too stiff on a 700 mile trip I took up to red gut bay in the tiger. Thought I was going to split in half.
