My other big ride of the year, so far  was not exactly what you would call an adventure, expect for thte brave souls who organised it and braved the Chinese red tape and beaurocracy.
Ship the bikes up to Beijing by container, fly up, pass a medical check, inspect the bikes, get issued with temporary number plates and license and off you go after a bit of sight seeing.
Easy stages all with Police escort (bugger) and staying in Hotels.
Pack the bikes back into containers and ship them home to Singapore.
28 bikes in all, two show stopping breakdowns, Ducati and Harley, and a few worrisome moments with fancy electronics GS's a few drops and one minor rear end shunt.
All completed with no injuries, fun,, scary at times, challenging at others, just had to take the chance when I got it.
Again no Triumphs sadly so it's on Facebook Merdragon (http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=217035&id=580424527&saved) if you want to take a look.
Hi Sin, I am not on facebook, but it would be interesting to see your pics! Maybe site admin could make an exception and let you show us your pics here, even if no Triumphs??
The albums are set open to everyone so you should be able to see them OK.
