Well, it´s gone again. Stayed for about 14 hours. I spent more time changing tyres in the garage than riding in the snow.
You need a second set of wheels... 8)
Indeed. Expensive option though.
Here we go again, bigger smile, bigger YES, readier than last time cause now the studded tires were in place already.:) Two hours of fun on virgin snow.

Absolutely. Had one near miss though. I was braking in towards a turn and blocked the rear wheel, not uncommon in itself on snow, but for some odd reason I didn´t engage the clutch. As a result the engine died without me noticing and when I gassed out of the turn the bike´s rear wheel just kept on sliding wider. I put down a foot and just managed to save it from going into the ditch sideways.
Well, lesson learned and a new personal record in the wide slide category.
