I use TuneECU for my '06 955i Tiger regularly -- whether to update the tune map in order to try and quell the surging, or clear the fault codes brought up by my 'seemingly faulty' fuel level sender...
On the http://www.tuneecu.com website, through the kindness of the webmaster Tom, I have posted a few custom tunes for the 955i and of course there is the 1050 Tiger as well..
If anyone needs help navigating the TuneECU program please send me a PM, I'll be happy to help you out or at least point you in the right direction. :)

I mainly use Tuneboy, but am familiar with TuneECU too. Perhaps we should swap notes; I'll certainly have a look at your tunes to see what you've been up to
Oh, and when I said "nothing there for us" I was referring to the Kehlin fix, not TuneECU

Welcome Tom. Any news on anybody getting hold of the latest Triumph-issued tunes? We're all keen to know what's in them and what's changed.
For anyone not in the know, Tom hosts a lot of the TuneECU stuff for which we should all be grateful... :icon_salut
Hi Bob,
Thank you for your kind welcome greetings.
I hope I have understood your question correctly. Sorry, my English is very bad.
What has changed in detail in the maps, we do not know, because there are changes that neither with TuneECU still with TuneEdit are visible.
The tables are 99.9% the same. Most changes are internal software-things.
BR, Tom
Addendum:
As a note: With a new T-software-version only the maps are changed, which have also received another number.

Thanks Tom. There's an idea that Triumph may have changed how the software reads the sensors rather than changes to the maps. I've been looking for someone who has the new Tiger map to ask if it behaves differently. I might have to pay the dealer to do mine so we can move forward.

In case anyone doesn't see the original post I'll put this here as well.
there are rumours, especially in Australia, that if you use Tuneboy, the dealers tool will fry your ECU afterwards. I asked Tuenboy about it and they provided the following response:
Hi John,
My apologies for the delay in replying.
This is completely incorrect. The dealer tool is still completely functional after use with TuneEdit. Nothing will happen to damage or lock the ECU. The dealer cannot even tell if TuneEdit has been connected to the bike.
We have heard this rumour is being spread through Australian dealers at "new model training" to try and scare people off using our software.
There is absolutely no truth in it whatsoever.
Many thanks for contacting us :)
Kind regards,
Emma Macdonald

Have installed drivers etc. no issues noted there but when I try to start TUNE ECU I get "Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application"
Reinstalled drivers, run NET. Frame again and still the same. I know it's a Windows issue but can't figure out what. Any ideas?

What is up with that fault code for the fuel level high output thing? I just tuned my bike over the weekend and noticed it...
14-November-2012- IMPORTANT NOTE:Attention !! The following models are factory equipped with an anti-tamper system:
- Triumph Tiger Explorer, all models
- new Triumph Trophy, all models
- new Triumph Street Triple from model 2013 and upwards
Never connect TuneECU with these models

!! Update December-04-2012, TuneECU 2.4 now Released !!
Note:
Possibility of changing from values in the tables in graphical mode with the mouse.
The description follows with the revision of the online sites between Christmas and New Year.
BR, Tom
Hi Tom, thanks for keeping us up to date. Reference the anti tamper device: I'll never own one of these bikes so it's only of passing interest, but what happens if someone doesn't know and tries? Is it an expensive dealer reset? Or is it even more damaging?
Cheers,
BB
I have started my 1200 explorer fund savings account but may change it if I am unable to do these kind of services on the bike going forward.
I have an extreme dislike of dealer service grabs and if Triumph does this then I am not 100% sure I will be making the purchase.
And yet another reason for not buying a new bike.
!! Update December-12-2012, TuneECU 2.4.1 now Released !!
2 minors bugs in the version 2.4 fixed :
- TPS or MAP axis not displayed when connected to the bike.
- Random error "out of index range" in graphic mode edition.
