I ride a lot of off road trails on my Honda Foreman 500 ATV, put about 800 miles on in a year.

Every now and again you run across some forrest cop who thinks he is all that. This guy reminds me of a woman I ran into in 2007.... Moron immediately comes to mind.

Nah, it's pretty clearly staged. No real cop would tolerate an uncontrolled situation like that.
