Post by: Bob Tosi on July 17, 2011, 10:14:50 PM
I was thinking of going with a configuration like this:

What are the rest of you doing with your auxilary lights?

Watching with interest.

I am thinking of trying to do something mounted from the indicator mounts with the spots ending up over the actual indicators.  Has anyone managed to do similar?

I made a simple 90 degree bracket so that the lights sit above and a bit inside the flash lights. Here“s a thread about it:

One advantage is that your visual fingeprint is larger.

Nice work Rocinante.  Mine are  "el cheapos" from Wal Mart. $25 specials, with the relay kit the price was about $50.  I was just doing a little experimenting to see what the options are.

Just had a bit of a go at making some up using some 50mm(~2") aluminium alngle.
Shed state is a bit poor at the moment so very restricted in equipment. This was all done with hacksaw and files (and drill of course)

This is just dummy fitted with nothing tightened hence it looks a bit strange.

They need a lick of paint but I need them soon so they may have to go without for now.
