Just above the temp gauge. In the image a voltmeter is stuck into it:

If you need just USB, lets face it most stuff can be powered at 5V these days, then why not install a small watertight box with a flip lid like some fishing tackle boxes and install a multi outlet USB together with a small voltage regulator avoiding the need for a cig lighter outlet. Getting a good quality marine socket is not so easy.
I used to have long hair, took acid and went to hip joints. Now I long for hair, take antacid and need a new hip joint

I use a standard marine auxiliary socket - as it has the most compatibility.  I often use Motion GPX on my iPhone for exploring, so I have waterproof case and use a Belkin micro USB charger for powering the iPhone.

My auxiliary plug is mounted to the handlebar clamps.  I have a SW Motech one, so it came with a mounting bracket.

Mine is in the same position and type as Lukes. In it, also a usb converter that fits flush to the plug. All parts available for less than a tenner from maplins.
