i'v just got a pair of Yacugar Progessive Fork Springs :)
got them off of fleabay for £35 new and boxed with oil :)

so kind gentlemen is there any thing i should know before i fit them :?:
what if the hokey cokey is what it's all about

If it's 10wt oil with e'm bin it.

can't tell from the picture no description of oil available
if it is what grade should i put in and is it the same quantity as standard ?

Same quantity 15wt,which unless your a fat B or ride two will be a tad on the heavy untill the forks warm up.
