Front suspension travel/brake lines

Just curious...with my Steamer up on the center stand with the front wheel in the air, is the front suspension maxed out?

The reason I'm asking...I bought some bar risers but the brake lines I ordered have been taking forever.  So I took the bolt out of the junction box mount to get enough play in the brake lines to put the risers on.  Now there is very little play in the lines...probably enough IF it's maxed out on the center stand...but if the wheel drops anymore my brake lines are all done...

Thanks.

With the front wheel off the ground the suspension cannot get any longer.
