Hello,
I'm putting my tank back together after coating it with Caswell tank coating (thanks to whoever gave me the idea) and am wondering if I should coat the threads of the sending unit with teflon tape and if I should apply some silicone to the tap gasket/oring. Thoughts? 60 degrees f with the sun out makes for a good day to fix/hopefully ride.

Thanks for your help,
Lynn

Yes and smooth "edges" near the openings after its cured properly.
I used to have long hair, took acid and went to hip joints. Now I long for hair, take antacid and need a new hip joint
