I actually flash freeze their Chicken Picante and send overnight ito my Dad in California.  He loves it.

I don't know how long they've been around (no indication on their website, perhaps TigerOwner knows), but the place does a thriving business during tourist season.  A half-hour wait for a table is not uncommon (we ate there twice), and the whole time we were there, the place was packed.

They ought to be there for a while.

Trust me on this one.  This place will be here long after I'm six feet under.  Place is packed year round but is well worth the wait.
