I need to replace my front brake discs onmy 93 steamer, Has anoybody out there attempted this ? I have had a look at the bike and noted that there are no mounting bolts for the discs ! so how do you go about breaking the front discs down from the front hub ? Can anybody out there point me in the right direction ?
I\'d rather push my Tiger than ride a Jap bike

Hi frosty66.
All Steamers use 6 x shouldered  bolts on each brake disc. My factory parts list shows part no 2023025-T0301. If you can get it, the Haynes manual 2162 is a good source of info.
Be carefull when you remove the bolts., they are loctited, and you can easily damage them, they are specific to the Tiger I believe, and expensive to replace.
good luck
