Neutral and cut off engine issue

I have this issue of switch off neutral lamp and stopping engine even in neutral whane engine is hot.
My engine is opened for sprag clutch issue , and I heard about a sensor or a plastic part to check.
Any idea?

the neutral switch can be adjusted or replaced as long as you have the case opened up , but you should also check the relay that for the sidestand switch and neutral light
