Hello to all, the tiger seat, for long trips is a little tricky, especially if it takes two people on the trip.wen i ride alone I can still sit  in a back seat from time to time etc., but with two people does not.  I have always on a journey of +200 miles, pain in the ass... and I have to stop several times. Our friend Adrian has created a site that gives me much help, and he says that putting the seat sheep skin helps a lot ... someone has already placed? what do you think? i dont like to buy the gel gel for now( too hot summer, too cold winter), but the stock + sheepskin will have good results?anyone tried it? or any ideas? thank you  8)

damn looks like a bed! seems comfortable ... i need to buy one too.

I've been searching other forums and people say that the alasca leader sheepskin  are the best, but very expensive too!

and these seats Corbin looks good!

http://www.corbin.com/triumph/tiger2k.shtml

but the best I have heard are the Russell Day-Long1 anyone have one? the site can not find the tiger ... : (

http://www.day-long.com/

well, I've been searching a lot, about seats, in fact the russel are the best. I saw that  is necessary  send tyhe original seat to them to do the work, which is a shame, it was good to sell the whole seat. : (

Like the guy in the vid say's,

keeps you're butt cool in summer and warm in winter,

mine also doubles up as a pillow and chair pad when camping, and when

its cold i have a full size sheepskin that goes in my army sleeping bag,

its an amazing insulator,

once you get used to it being on the bike you will reap its benefits  :D

many will poo poo the idea and say it looks ridiculous,im always

being asked why? from other riders and cage drivers alike, and i once ive

explained, its like "oh! ok",but you can see the scepticism in there

eye's ,and  i have a chuckle to myself,

its also great to stop beer freezing on those double figure sub zero nights

cold Bear! good idea! what's on the bike? a trailer? yes, the sheepskin insulates much, no doubt! I was just playing because it is brown and resemble the skin of a bear! and up is good for keeping the battery always start well. I buy what I showed you earlier. Sheep skin + gel and then i get a large too! thanks

i hope the Gel pad works out for you, seems to be quite thick and thus

raising you up slightly, which is good if you have long legs  ,if you

havnt then you may well be on tippy toes everytime you stop

well! major upgrade! too cold out there! but removed the screen of the tiger? Now the wind picks up all! I also wanted to see if buying a bigger, because the original already seems too small for me. I'm 1.92m and I have to buy two separate gel and sheepskin, because they not send them to Portugal! or the shipping is too expensive. i'm looking for them.

I use MRA Vario....
ride a 2006 Tiger....

am 6'-5" tall... works great.
POA:  Use about a 1/2" round
spacer on the top 2 screws. That changes
the angle of the wind screen and it does a
better job.

Also, switch your screws to stainless steel,
make the top 2 screws longer.

I would like to know the measurements of the MRA VARIOTOURINSCREEN WITHOUT THE SPOILER  to see  measure to compare with my OEM's and and see how much I will get in size. I show here a poor grafic variotouringscreen! I know as long it compared to the original size in length excluding the spoiler! can help? thank you

BLACK is the measure I want to know, inside of red circle is the spoiler that I think I have about 50MM

are you talking about Personalise quit? improovment? upgrade?the mra hinge is plastic? the material is poor? they rust? will you show pictures or DIY? help would be great

now I'll write here what I think! cee Bayly   screen is quite high, which at high speeds will surely make the bike shake! my OEM already shakes due to the design and the i  show what I mean in the image below. Now the  privileged crumb tiger 1050 X SCREEN Exits and aversion, which is larger. Ok I could leave my OEM and buy only the XSCREEN quit, BUT WOULD BE LIKE THE DRAWING BELOW. a screen MUST be streamlined and adjustable,  only affect the performance of the bike. here's a drawing I made to give a better understanding of the solution. I've already sent an email to see if mra to sell the same 1050 KIT  VARIO quit INCLUDING  XSCREEN

MY VEREDICT:

OEM_-- BAD AERODINAMICS DUE ITS DESIGN, OVER 150 KLMH LIKE TO
 TAKE FLIGHT

CEE BALY-- GOD FOR LOW SPEED TRAVEL, NOT AJUSTABLE

OEM+xscreen--- LIKE TO HEAVE A HOMME VERTICAL WINDOW ALMOST 90 DEGREES

BEST OPTIONS, MRA VARIO TOURING SCREEN OR/MORE XSCREEN TALLER SPOILER

e a qualidade de construção? shake at hight sppeds? like the front tyre go up? air pressure? will RUST?

I have sent emails to MRA IF THEY SELL FOR ME VARIOTOURING+ XSCREEN already installed as TIGER  1050
