£200 that was a snip.

I'm looking at doing a proper 3 spoke conversion now.

I got both wheels/discs for the starting price & am eyeing up the forks.

Will be posting some "How do I do this?" questions soon hopefully.

I would like some advise on the yokes I need to look out for .......... anyone know which ones give the least aggro when trying to fit them?
Also can you mix upper and lower yokes between sprint/trident/speed triple/daytona 900's?
Are the 1200 yokes the same?

Cheers

if ya can find some i used early speed triple yokes. had to modify em slightly

to

when ya turn the yoke over theres 2 bosses drill through them for your risers. apart from that it was no more difficult than changin fork seals. just remeber to use the sprints damper rod or you end up with forks 6 foot long

I`ll poke my nose in here....... :icon_lol:

I used the Legend TT yokes, like Rybes i had to modify them a little to allow room for  the cables.

You can use the Tigers bar clamps with TT yokes.

A lot of the Triumph yokes have different offsets, so best to get a matching pair.  :thumbsup

RF,
This looks like the one you used, do you reckon it'd work?

Cheers Gav

It looks the same as mine, but checking on World of Triumphs parts list, the Thunderbird has 2 different part numbers for the top yoke, one matches the legend tt, the other doesn`t.

Comparing it to mine again, it looks the same, and it seems a fair price for both yokes.

Up to you i`m afraid!  :icon_lol:

Cheers,

Could be time to bite the bullet.

As far as brakes are concerned, did you use the Tiger master cylinder?
