Well,  If I had to cut back to 5 they would be:

Late 30s Harley Knucklehead

Panther Model 100 Outfit

Kawasaki KH 750





Luckily I don't have to cut back, so can also have the BMW's Ducatis, Triumphs, Velocette, AJSs, Cotton etc. as well.
