Developing rattle

I've had this annoying rattle fro a while now and it's "developing".  I changed the camchain tensioner as it looked a bit worn and it worked for a while but now its back, and getting worse.  It seems to be coming from the alternator gear cover but I've had that off and can't find anything amiss.  I'm going to have to spend some proper time on it before Scotland
