I think i may build a pair that copy the Thunderbike design: http://www.thunderbike.co.nz/spi/tbike_TIG I know they are worth the money but it alot of money to me and i can fab weld up some for much less than $500. Or if anyone knows of another place to get cheaper bars from?

Wanna make some money?  Fab up some bash plates!  We'll buy 'em!
Cheers,
Stephen

I have bash plates designed for the 955i, dimensions in metric and imperial.  Anyone wants the drawings (free) just send me a pm.
They are drawn in autocad, however I am redrawing them in solid works. So they can be laser cut or Cnc machined.

So Im going to build a crash bar, similar to this . I know of the two fame mounts at the top of the motor but will this mount pictured below in the rectangle work for a lower lateral support mount?
