So what colour duct tape (as we call it over here) will be used on the new bridge??

I suppose it makes sense. We in the western world want everything as cheap as possible (can you say WalMart??). China can provide it with low cost labour, no health and safety rules, no building standards... etc etc etc. The biggest tragedy in this case is that they are probably using raw material bought on the cheap from us.
