Just curious, what are your dream rides?  If time and money were no object?

I'll start with my two:

Pamir Highway (the "stans"):

Baja....planning for April.

South America to Tierra del Fuego....two years out.  (Won't be taking the Steamer for obvious reasons).

Mongolia.

I must really like dust or something.

paulie

Italy, Switzerland, France, possibly UK as well. Also in planning stages :)

Hopefully the girl and I can find a decent deal on renting a bike over there...
Current Bike: 2005 Tiger in Silver.
Former Bike (also my first): 1980 KZ650

Stretch

England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.

Eastern Europe and Siberia.

The full length of the TransAmerica Trail.

Yukon

While this is not my "dream ride", Geoff Thomas is living his dream.
It is quite an interesting story.  A trip around the world on his Tiger.

Dr. Mordo

Across Asia, and down thru Africa.

Sadly, neither'll never happen.

I've also thought that I'd love to one day to ride my bike north from Basra  to Mosul in Iraq.  I've spent so much time flying over it I'd love to see it (safely) from the ground. I guess it's like the vets going back to Vietnam many years later; I'd like to see it in a different, more pleasant situation.

This one probly won't happen either.

If the speed limits were more realistic, Norway/Sweden in the summer (ride all night with the sun out). BIG fines over there from what I hear.

Across the USA hitting all the sights I want to see. No time limit.

HockleyBoy

Tip of South America up through the States and Canada to the top of Alaska. Not much chance of being allowed to have the time for that trip in the forseebale future though  :(

To take my Tiger home some day.  A one way ride from Seattle to Wisconsin.  Go across Washington to Idaho, thru Montana to Red Lodge and the Bear Tooth Highway.  Over the Big Horn Mtns and then across S Dakota, MN, and arrive in WI.

Tom Herold

A full circle ride around the Australian continent, and a tour of North Africa to include a Nile River run through Egypt.

Oh man, I need to get my Tiger under me sooner than the 22nd.... I'm drooling through the Tiger Triple and ADV Rider web sites and can't wait to file my first trip report.......

I do miss popping up to Scotland on the weekends for rides all over..  but I don't miss stopping in the road to wait for the sheep to cross...

probably would have enjoyed it even more if I had a Tiger then in stead of the Sprint.

Id love to hope on the bike, pack extremely light and just ride for a few weeks...   anywhere

I would like to travel the "road of death" in Bolivia from La Paz to Coroico.

On the seventh day God made Triumphs; and the Devil rides a Triple!

If its wide enough for two wheels it\'s a road!

Keep talkin\'...I\'m takin\' up the trigger slack!

HappyMan

oooooooh.....you've got more hair on your chest than I've got.
