The throttle body balance or the TOR map?

I need to do both.  I was planning on doing the TB first then take it in to have the ECU cleared and TOR loaded, but I'm wondering if the new tune will somehow change the TB balance again?

Thoughts?

TOR is software.  Throttle body synching is mechanical.  One will not alter the other.
From parts unknown.
