05' Swingarm Advantage/Disadvantage?

PeterO...I don't remember telling anyone to keep quiet.

This site thrives on honest opinions though, and I hope it continues to.

And I'm sure if I really wanted to find a vibration on my bike I could.

All I'm suggesting is if you have a serious concern regarding any of these vibrations/rumblings/knockings or other noises that you didn't notice on the demo bike (you did get a demo ride?) then your first stop should be the dealer.

I also have the misterious vibration at neutral throttle or decel on my 05.  I just recently replaced my totaled 02 for an 05.  My 02 did not have this vibration.  My guess is that it is chain related.  Have adjusted my chain to different tensions with no change.  



I like the new swing arm better.  More control of chain adjustments.
