Gang,
My brother's 2006 Tiger has issues. He reports that, on a recent trip, while riding the temperature climbed very fast and the engine died while coasting to a stop.
My observations:
1. The throttle must be cracked to start and throttle pressure must remain applied to keep it running.
2. The temperature rises very quickly to the red and the overflow bubbles and the coolant spews down under the right foot peg.
3. The fan runs longer than I've ever heard it before.
