Hints? ENGINE LIGHT ON - NO SPEEDO /TACH

Had some trouble starting today. Thought battery was flat so hooked up charger for a quick jolt . Started but now ENGINE light is on - tach and speedo either flat or bouncing all over.

what have I blown?

IT WAS THE BATTERY. LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD AND DEAD AS A DOORNAIL.
