my 02 tiger,s clutch is right at the end of the lever. i have adjusted the cable as the manual said but still the same. i got ebc friction plates but they are all the same thickness, where as two of the nine original plates are 0.5 mm thicker than the rest. will this affect my bike if i fit these. PLEASE RING ME ON 0771477704 up untill 10pm uk time if you can help.

If I remember...
there may be another cable adjustment down near the engine.
You should be able to feel it ... maybe see it.

There are 2 adjusters, one up at the lever and one down on the right hand engine casing. You should be able to adjust it out on the engine case adjuster.
